D262-100L1D Siliconized PET

D262-100L1D is a 0.100mm thick PET film coated on both sides with silicone oil.

It has low peel strength. It remains clean in fabrication, therefore is suitable for using in clean environment. PET film as base film grants a good evenness.
Its most common application is as an anti-sticking base material.
